The growth in this business is further galvanized by the introduction of new innovative products which are tech-enabled, anchored in the latest thinking in consumers' behavior and psychology, and are future-ready. These products are very much differentiated in the market and address the changing needs of our clients; as a result, they attracted a lot of clients' interest globally in 2021. In CI's latest three-year strategic plan, a focused mechanism has been laid out to continuously evolve these products and build a sustainable ecosystem of profitable growth around them.
ABOUT THIS JOB
China is the largest CI market for the NIQ and offers tremendous growth opportunities for newly developed CI products. The commercialization leader of new products will be responsible for building a solid and successful "Go To Market' strategy. This role is expected to coordinate with the respective global commercialization and product leaders to acquire the knowledge and best practices, give feedback to global teams on improvements required, create market visibility of new products in China, lead the thought leadership process, train and guide the CI teams on pitching these products, get involved in the client conversations as an expert, and ultimately help the CI teams deliver the insights per the global guidelines.

4. Winning Brands refreshed model
5. CX framework
6. Digital Shopper/Consumer Discovery
7. Any new product added over time in this portfolio
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the commercialization leader, this role is expected to build momentum for the products so that the China team can collectively achieve the commercial targets assigned for them. Here are some of the critical areas where commercialization leader has to work
Build the knowledge and expertise around the product:
· Closely work with the global team to understand the underlying philosophy and acquire inside-out knowledge of each product
· Be part of the worldwide team to steer the further development of the products
· Adapt the international Used Cases for the China market and develop the new ones
Go To Market for Each product
· Build/adapt the credential decks overall and by vertical
· Work with the MARCOM team to create and execute product marketing campaigns
· Work with commercial teams to Identify the potential clients for these products
· Arrange and deliver the client orientation sessions to introduce the products
· With the help of the global team, arrange training sessions for the commercial and operation associates
· Groom the product champions in the China team
· Promote the products at various internal/external marketing/industry events
· Use the global thought leadership material to promote products in China. Build China-centric thought leadership material and circulate
Financial targets and tracking of the progress
· Involve in the annual budget planning
· Forecast the quarterly and annual revenue achievement
· Keep track of the pipeline buildup and conversion of the pipeline into projects
· Work with the commercial teams to achieve the quarterly and yearly targets for each product
Provide Input on pitching and study design
o Study sampling frame
o Target group definition
o Methodology (Online v/s Offline)
o Sample size & quotas
o Sampling approach
o Study methodology
o Questionnaire design
o China market customization
Analysis and Reporting
o Guiding the team on data structure design
o Data and weighting scheme review with the local and global teams
o Carrying out basic and advanced analysis on recruitment and in-moment data
o Give Input to local teams at the report finalization stage
o Be part of the final presentation to the client whenever needed
o Addressing ad-hoc data/analysis requests with the global team
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who takes pride in their client servicing skills, possesses sound knowledge of CI tools and techniques(12+ years experience). Awareness and some level of past usage of advanced analytics tools like regression, conjoint, clustering, latent class segmentation, etc., would be helpful. We need someone who can influence others and get things done on time, have financial acumen, solution-oriented with excellent improvisation skills, and have strategic thinking.
