Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Retail Store Managers within Sydney’s Lower North Shore region to lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
In this role, you will create a positive and motivating environment while ensuring operational excellence in your showroom.
Your Responsibilities
- Inspire, guide and develop your team to reach and exceed sales goals.
- Deliver outstanding service by leveraging strong product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and standards remain high.
- Partner with regional leadership to roll out sales initiatives and continuously improve performance.
- Uphold showroom presentation and compliance with merchandising, safety and operational policies.
Qualifications
- Proven background in sales, ideally within furniture or other considered purchases such as luxury retail, automotive, jewellery, bedding, or travel.
- A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills and a positive, can-do mindset.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, problem-solve and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about developing people and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
