Job Description
About the role
Mobile is one of our most strategically important areas – it’s becoming the way employees everywhere reach the tools and support they need, well beyond the desktop. We’re looking for a Product Manager who owns the Mobile business end to end: driving adoption with customers, keeping a complete view of the sales pipeline and proof-of-value engagements, unblocking deals, making sure the product is properly implemented and consistently adopted once it’s live, and aligning sales, solution consulting, professional services, marketing and engineering behind a single plan.
You’ll own the Mobile roadmap in the broadest sense – not just the product, but the adoption strategy, the go-to-market priorities, adapting pricing and packaging if needed, and the day-to-day relationship with our sales organization. Once this works for Mobile, you’ll extend the same model to other areas, starting with our virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) offering.
A business-focused PM role
This is not a platform PM role. It isn’t centered on backlog and specs – your time goes to customers, the sales organization and the field, and you’ll be measured on business impact: Mobile adoption and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth. You won’t carry a sales quota, but you will be accountable for the outcome. If that’s the kind of product management you enjoy, read on.
Why this role, and why it’s hard
This role owns Mobile’s adoption and ARR impact directly, with real field and customer exposure and a clear line of sight to what “good” looks like. If you want to build a business inside a scale-up, this is that chance.
It’s also a genuinely challenging role. There are no playbooks yet – this is a first hire of its kind for us. You’ll be the link between our sales organization and our product and engineering teams, and you’ll bring them together behind one plan for Mobile.
What you’ll do
- Own the Mobile roadmap and adoption motion, and later extend it to VDI
- Keep a 360° view of pipeline and proof-of-value (POV) engagements, and know what’s blocking each one
- Stay involved post-sale, too – make sure Mobile is properly implemented and consistently adopted by customers, not just sold
- Maintain deep customer intelligence: how customers are actually using the product, what they’ve deployed, and where their IT strategy is heading
- Embed with the sales organization (deals, quarterly business reviews, customer meetings) and become someone sales actively wants in the room
- Align sales, solution consulting, professional services, marketing and engineering behind one communicated plan
- Turn field learning into a prioritized list of blockers and product priorities
- Take a leading role in adapting pricing and packaging when needed, together with product marketing and sales
- Be measured on Mobile adoption and ARR growth
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- An ARR growth story you built and can defend in detail – this is the first thing we’ll dig into
- Product management experience – you’ve owned a product or product line and its roadmap, not only supported one
- Hands-on experience working inside an enterprise sales org: POVs/POCs, deal cycles, quarterly business reviews
- Comfort with enterprise IT / end-user computing (EUC) buyers – you know who evaluates and who signs (IT ops, security, workplace teams)
- Technical enough to run a product demo solo and hold your own through several rounds of “how does that actually work?”
- A track record of getting things done without waiting to be asked, and of building trust with people who don’t report to you
- Strong organization and follow-through (you’re the one who makes sure blocker lists and syncs actually happen)
- Daily, credible use of AI tools
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least one 2+ year stretch where your impact compounded
- Thrives in a fast-moving scale-up environment where priorities shift and the structure is still being built
- Based in or genuinely relocating to Lausanne; able to travel internationally
Nice to have (not required)
- B2B SaaS product-company background
- A hard-science degree (CS, math, physics) or MBA
- Experience shipping an AI product
- Product-marketing instincts
You don’t need this on day one – we’ll teach you
- Mobile device management / unified endpoint management (MDM/UEM) domain knowledge (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, etc.)
- VDI domain knowledge
- Familiarity with Nexthink’s product or the digital employee experience (DEX) market
Is this you?
If you’re an experienced outbound/GTM product manager, a product line manager, a solution consultant or sales engineer who moved into product, or a founder or GM of a SaaS business who has also owned a product and is looking for your next challenge – we’d like to hear from you, whether or not you’ve worked in mobile or EUC before.
