Job Description

Our Marketing & Sales Operations Lead will be an integral member of our Revenue Operations team, partnering with Marketing, Business Systems Transformation and Finance as needed to support the Go-To-Market insights, CRM System updates, Data accuracy and driving operational initiatives to drive Pipeline and ultimately ARR growth. This role will support hands on the decisions that shape how we define and measure success in our GTM approach: how efficient we are in our campaigns, channels, events, and pipeline generation.

You sit at the intersection of Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales and Systems: close enough to systems to fix a broken process or data structure and close enough to the business to tell a CMO why pipeline coverage or campaign result comes short in a specific segment. You do not just report what happened — you explain why, and you recommend what to change.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and operations lead to Marketing teams
  • Own Marketing leading and lagging indicators: develop, track and manage the metrics/KPIs, dashboards and insights correlating to our overall GTM performance.
  • Own the definitions and process governance in the assigned area.
  • Coordinate regular cadences across marketing teams, educating and supporting them in analyzing and recalibrating their strategic goals.
  • Proactively prepare insights, analysis and materials for leadership reviews.
  • Structure and evaluate business problems, design and implement actionable recommendations, and track success metrics. Serve as a key contact between the business and the systems transformation team, ensuring the overall solution fits in the overall process.
  • Ensure data hygiene and reporting accuracy across the marketing funnel. Perform checks to ensure data accuracy across all key elements.
  • Implement best-practices and standardization of tools and business processes, keeping repeatability and scalability top of mind.
  • Ensure alignment with overall company objectives and priorities.
  • Use data and qualitative information to drive and optimize our business. Drive data gathering whenever needed, build reporting and make improvements that supports a better view of the business.
  • Maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment (e.g., people, processes, structure, or culture); adjust effectively to change by exploring the benefits, trying new approaches, and collaborating with others to make the change successful.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience across Sales, Marketing or Business Operations in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Demonstrable experience owning Marketing performance analysis end to end — not just supporting them.
  • Track record of working hands on with marketing data infrastructure — CRM (SFDC, HubSpot), automation tools (Marketo, Pardot), and a BI layer — and using it to produce reports and influencing decisions.
  • Comfort with SQL or equivalent enough to pull your own data or validate a dashboard.
  • Experience working in multinational organizations a plus

Skills:

  • Experience building dashboards and queries in a BI tool (Tableau CRM is a plus) or not afraid to learn, highly proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to build a model and explain it: you can construct the marketing impact analysis and walk a CMO through it clearly.
  • Structured thinker who can translate a complex problem ('our campaign results are low’ ) into a framework, a model, and a recommendation.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to define the right question before answering it.
  • High motivation for continuous improvement and ability to drive impact
  • Clear, concise communicator: your outputs are decision-ready, not data dumps.
  • Credible in the room with senior stakeholders — you push back with data, not just opinion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration.
