Job Description

What does it feel like to be an IT Logistics Operations Agent in Netcompany?

As an IT Logistics Operations Agent, you will:

  • Receive, review and validate IT logistics requests from end-users, service teams and authorised stakeholders.
  • Register, update, assign and track requests in ServiceNow HAM (SNOWHAM) throughout their lifecycle.
  • Translate approved requests into the appropriate logistics actions, including equipment preparation, delivery, collection, return, relocation and swap.
  • Perform accurate asset administration and updates in ABAC Assets Forms, following established procedures.
  • Coordinate IT equipment movements with warehouse/logistics operators, distribution teams, field technicians and other support teams across Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Monitor open requests, follow up on pending actions, identify blockers and escalate discrepancies or exceptions when required.
  • Maintain accurate asset, stock and inventory information and support inventory checks, reconciliations and audits.
  • Prepare operational reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics procedures, processes and work instructions.

Qualifications

What would make you a good fit for the role:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT logistics, IT asset management, stock coordination, service operations or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of IT equipment logistics and asset lifecycle management, including delivery, collection, relocation, replacement and returns.
  • Good working knowledge of ServiceNow, with experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong ability to manage asset records, administrative transactions and inventory data accurately and in line with established procedures.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook, with strong organisational, analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
  • Good spoken and written English and French (minimum B2 level in both languages).
  • Experience with ABAC Assets Forms, EU institutions, ITIL, inventory reconciliation or asset audits would be an advantage.
