Job Description
You will join a high-performing and collaborative team where you will have plenty of opportunities to share ideas, learn from colleagues, and grow professionally. Working closely with the Head of Group Management Reporting and DK FP&A, as well as the other controllers in the team, you will take on a broad range of responsibilities spanning from preparing invoicing documentation to managing the invoicing process and supporting administrative activities that ensure data accuracy and quality.
As a Financial Controller, your responsibilites will typically include:
- Managing the end-to-end invoicing process, from preparing invoicing documentation to issuing final invoices.
- Performing monthly invoicing, credit note processing, and accounting entries.
- Monitoring and following up on financial performance related to customers and internal activities.
- Supporting a range of administrative tasks that will evolve alongside the role and the needs of the business.
About you
As our new colleague, you are comfortable taking ownership of your responsibilities and approach your work with a proactive mindset. You communicate effectively across the organization and take pride in delivering high-quality results within agreed deadlines.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A relevant education and/or practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and invoicing.
- Solid experience working with Navision or similar ERP and financial systems.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage, analyse, and process large volumes of data.
- A structured and independent way of working, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent attention to detail and a natural focus on accuracy and quality.
- Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
