As a System Integrator you will:

• Lead the integration of ServiceNow with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, ensuring smooth data synchronization for IT asset lifecycle management (HAM, CMDB, ITSM).
• Focus on ServiceNow as the primary platform, designing solutions that enhance IT operations, asset tracking, and automation workflows.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, document processes, and ensure ServiceNow-driven solutions meet business needs.
• Optimize ServiceNow workflows, APIs (REST/SOAP), and Integration Hub for efficient asset management and IT service processes.
• Address integration challenges, monitor system performance, and optimize ServiceNow configurations to align with best practices in ITAM and HAM.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, conduct testing, and ensure compliance with IT asset governance.
• Provide training and support for smooth adoption of ServiceNow-based solutions.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in HAM, ITSM, CMDB, and Integration Hub.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and middleware integrations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SCM) and SAP Ariba (procurement, supplier management).
• Proficiency with APIs (REST/SOAP) and cloud integration platforms (SAP CPI, ServiceNow Integration Hub).
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for ServiceNow-related integration challenges.
• Knowledge of IT asset management compliance (especially HAM standards and ITIL processes).
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical needs.
• Experience working in agile environments with tools like JIRA.
• Fluency in French (B2 or higher); additional EU languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, HAM CIS, ITSM).
• Experience with large-scale ServiceNow HAM implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP integration tools (SAP PI/PO, CPI, etc.).
