A day in the life of an Senior Odoo Developer

Under the direct supervision of the Business Domain Relationship Manager (BDRM) of the Business Domain, the ERP Specialist will assume and/or assist in delivering the following tasks:

As Technical Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and supporting the external providers’ development of HR ERP solution

• As an Odoo certified Senior Developer you'll be responsible for developing customization of the solution, from technical analysis to development and support the customizes applications and/or features within the Odoo ERP software
• Ensure that delivered Odoo ERP is implemented within Odoo criteria.
• Become an expert on all of the features and functions within Odoo's software applications

Knowledge and skills:

• Strong background in programming concepts as well as the Odoo framework
• Programming Languages: Python & JavaScript
• Database: PostgreSQL, Oracle c19 (with object relational mapping)
• Collaboration platform: OpenText/GitHub enterprise
• Development model: Open with external service provide, Odoo partner
• Ability to respect deadlines, to report in a structured way, communication and presentation skills towards small to medium audience required
• Object-oriented programming language, object modelling and relational database
• Passion for development
• Ability to learn and evolve quickly
• Fluent in English and good command of French.
• Team spirit

The following specific experience and skills would be an asset:

• Specific expertise in Odoo ERP for Human Resources projects Technical certification(s)
• PM/Scrum/Agile Certification
• ERP (Odoo) Certification
