A day in the life of a Business Requirements Analyst  for Large European Institutions Projects

As a Business Requirements Analyst for

Large European Institutions Projects, you will be part of highly skilled agile teams that design, develop, deploy, customize, and support break-through applications for EU institutions. 

Your main duties will be to:

• Business processes modelling 
• Business model analysis 
• Business requirements analysis 
• Functional requirements analysis 
• Process analysis o Risk analysis 
• Assistance in Vision documents
• Production of Test Cases models

If you have

• Business processes modeling. Ability to translate Business processes into formal BPMN diagrams.
• Elicitation of requirements and Collaboration with the stakeholders: Conduct requirements collection and interviews. Confirm the results. Manage and maintain the requirements repository.
• Requirements Analysis and Design Definition: Organize requirements, specify and model requirements and designs, validate and verify information, and identify solution options.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Ability to act as a team player. Capacity to coordinate with other teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to respect deadlines and budget allocated and respect instructions
• Ability to write/speak/understand English (Level B min.) French knowledge is an asset.

Technical certification(s) 

•  BPMN 2.0
•  BABOK
•  ITIL
•  PM² certifications

Additional (would be an asset)

•  Familiar with EU Financial Regulation and/or accounting
•  Experience in projects involving web services
•  Familiar with Agile methodology

• General knowledge of EU institutions.
• Experience with the European Commission is an asset.
• Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus, especially French.
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Certified in PM2.
