We are currently looking for a Social Media expert for our offices in Brussels. 

Your main duties will be to:

• Creating and proposing content (messaging and accompanying visuals, creative concepts) for the different social media platforms where the client is present
• Propose targeting where needed and adapt the content to the target audience;
• Liaising with social media team, of different department, act as member of the Client’s social media network;
• Identify possibilities and creative concepts for sustained engagement such as Better Regulation;
• Engaging in community management as and where necessary;
• Engage in cooperation with multipliers of client's social media communication, as agreed in the planning
• Gather, analyze and interpret social media data;
• Prepare statistics and analyze social media activities,  evaluate their effectiveness, efficiency and impact, proposing lessons learnt and improvements

If you have:

• Solid knowledge/understanding of EU affairs and priority topics of ideally the European Institutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing social media accounts.
• Experience in community management.
• Knowledge of data analytics.
• Capacity to work under time constraints.
• Ability to research content and translate difficult policy language into understandable content for social media audiences.
• Excellent writing skills in English.
