This profile will work in the premises of our customer (EU Institution), as a leader in the domain of operational and technical ICT Security who must have a strong ICT Security background, thorough knowledge and proven track record among a good mix of the competencies listed below:

The main tasks required are:

The European Institution has a heterogeneous ICT architecture including several technologies and is undergoing constant evolutions.

The adoption and use of Cloud Services represents new opportunities and risks that must be analysed and managed in the same way than other cybersecurity risks. The European Institution would like to increase its capabilities to perform the cybersecurity risk analysis and to verify the compliance of these cloud based solutions, needed for guaranteeing the functional needs, with the defined cybersecurity policies.

The Cybersecurity Policies and Risks Unit, aiming at reinforcing the team responsible of several tasks belonging to the Cloud Security domain, is looking for candidates able to perform the following tasks:

• Perform and document risk assessments for projects and services using SaaS, IaaS and PaaS Cloud services often in a hybrid context
• Propose security solutions and security controls to mitigate the risks related to the adoption of Cloud services
• Write Cybersecurity best practices, guidelines, standards, and procedures related to the security aspects of Cloud services
• Follow-up closely on cloud providers security advisories, and analyse the impact of the security threats for cloud environments
• Contribute to the definition of the monitoring of the security of Cloud services in use
• Produce the technical reports and documentation associated to the activities
• Collaborate with the other experts in the domain for performing the analysis of both global technological trends and Cloud specific projects
• Work with a high degree of autonomy while always remaining synchronised
• Define and validate security solutions based on cloud services (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS services) used in an hybrid context
• Perform risk analysis of those cloud solutions
• Write and document best practices, guidelines, standards, and procedures in the field of cloud based solutions
• Production of documents related to the domain of the lot
• Perform and/or contribute to Risk Assessments of new systems deployed

If you have

• At least six years of professional relevant experience, including:
• Three years’ experience related to ICT security management (e.g. ISMS implementation, policy management, development of security policies and standards)
• Two years’ experience as a team leader or project leader for major security-related projects
• A Master's or bachelor's degree in the ICT field and at least one ICT Security professional certification is also required
• Very good knowledge of both written and oral English (C1+) is mandatory 
• Good command of French is an asset
