With an international team of 250 motivated and passionate individuals with over 20 nationalities represented amongst our teams primarily located in the Paris region, Netatmo is always on the lookout for new talent to promote its development.

We are looking for sales order assistant to join our sales administration team of 3 people.

Your main responsabilities will be :

• Manage product returns from our clients in France and abroad ( Leroy Merlin, Castorama, FNAC, …)
• Rethink and change our product return procedure in order to make it more eficient
• Put in place a cross docking process with Legrand group
• Support the team with various administrative tasks

Currently studying to have a bachelor degree in sales or administration (bac+3 maximum), you are looking for a 12 months apprenticeship.

You are very well organised, proactive and resourceful.  

You have a good team spirit and customer satisfaction is important to you.

You have a good knowledge of excel and your analytical skills make it easy for you to look for and find solutions.
