Job Description
The purpose of this role is to deliver end to end recruitment services and excellence in candidate, employee and hiring manager experience at a global scale, supporting both Australia and North America. This role will leverage the global talent strategy and service consistency across all facets of Talent Acquisitio, Data, Talent Sourcing, Selection and Assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly accountable for the end-to-end recruitment process from attraction to offer, including preparation of attraction strategies, effective hiring briefs, developing interview plans, hiring manager and candidate feedback loops through to managing and closing offers.
- Deliver recruitment services at a global scale, supporting Australia and North America.
- Delivery coaching and advisory to key internal stakeholders (hiring managers) with hiring best practices, including sourcing strategies, workforce planning and diversity considerations, inclusive hiring process design, bias awareness training (e.g., affinity, unconscious), role value proposition, candidate experience, market insights etc.
- Deliver great candidate experiences for all roles they are accountable for.
- Work in partnership with wider P&C team (e.g., P&C Business Partners, People Operations) to ensure an integrated candidate journey and hiring experience for all roles they are accountable for. GTM, Finance, PS
- Deliver on data integrity and hygiene of all roles and processes they are accountable for on the recruitment platform (Smart Recruiters and Confluence).
- Encourage and enable employees to positively represent Nearmap.
- Deliver to approved SLA’s set by the VP HR
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years' experience in a Talent Acquisition role, ideally within a high growth company (i.e.: tech organizations, preferably SaaS).
- Business acumen and ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting across many role types including go-to-market, commercial, corporate etc

- Ability to build strong relationships with team members, hiring managers and candidates across all levels.
- Willingness to learn and effectively use recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and provide timely communication to all relevant stakeholders.
- Previous responsibility for workflow within a busy environment with time sensitive deadlines to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
- Ability to collaborate and partner with the rest of the P&C team.
