Job Description
1) participate in planning and development of the semi-annual and annual budget of the School in coordination with Senior Manager for Finance;
2) documents preparation required for all expenses related activities and budget of the School;
3) provide consultancy and information support to the staff of the School regarding budgeting and other issues within his/her competencies;
4) execution of materials for the development of contracts, monitoring of the deadlines for the performance of contractual obligations entered into with external counterparties;
5) participate in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external audit (if necessary);
6) participate in the development and implementation of the Institution’s operational plan (if necessary);
7) conducts correspondence in the circle of functional duties;
8) participates in the process of forming the Budget request and Investment Plan of the School within the framework of infrastructure activities for the relevant financial year and the medium term, with the collection and formation of supporting documents, with consolidation at the School level;
9) organizes, ensures and implements an effective system for managing the School's premises, including the creation of new laboratories;
10) provides the organization with the procurement and monitors the implementation of the School's procurement plan (goods, work, and services) through infrastructure activities through interaction with affiliated organizations;
11) monitors function and interacts with the relevant services and structural units of the University to ensure the function of the electricity, ventilation, heating, etc. engineering networks for the smooth operation of the School;
12) coordinates of employee workplace organization (primary placement/relocation/acquisition of IT equipment (IT) / troubleshooting) and school premises;
13) provides practical assistance to employees and students of the School on the use of educational and office space;
14) ensures efficient use, as well as monitors the use of the School's classroom and office space;
15) ensures effective use, as well as monitoring the School's IT equipment;
16) interacts with the University's structural units and subsidiaries on infrastructure issues;
17) makes proposals to improve the use of classrooms and office space, IT equipment of the School's budget;
18) participates in the implementation of the School's strategic and operational plans within its competence;
19) participates in the development and coordination with the University's authorized structural units of methodologies, rules and procedures within the supervised direction;
20) Provides administrative support for School-funded activities, projects, and events;
21) ensures compliance with the University's internal documents within the framework of competence and implementation of audit recommendations;
22) participates in the development, as well as the subsequent monitoring of the implementation of draft contracts and additional agreements initiated by the School;
23) participates in identification, evaluation, management, risk monitoring processes within the supervised direction;
23) timely and properly executes the tasks of the line manager and the University`s management;
24) observes the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Employer`s internal documents;
25) is responsible for exercising the labor and performance discipline;
26) is responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, and prevention of the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of restricted access in accordance with the legislation, Charter and internal documents of the Employer;
27) in case of dismissal, is responsible for timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee as instructed by the line manager (to be certified by the act of acceptance-transfer).
Qualifications
Higher professional education, preferably from institutions where English is the language of instruction.

Minimum of one year of experience if holding a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Additional information
- Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Medical insurance after 3 months probation period
