Job Description
Collaborate with internal teams and international partners to enhance the university’s global reputation and visibility.
Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns aimed at attracting international students to NU’s academic programs.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key global stakeholders, including educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and international partners.
Organize and represent NU at international education fairs, conferences, webinars, and other global events to engage with prospective students.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and identify new opportunities to expand NU’s reach.
Collaborate with the recruitment, admissions teams and other departments to design effective recruitment strategies and promotional materials for international audiences.
Coordinate marketing efforts to increase the university’s presence in key global markets and attract high-quality international applicants.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve recruitment goals.
Manage international student marketing communications, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials, to maintain engagement and foster interest in NU’s programs.
Travel internationally to support marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives, enhancing NU’s global outreach efforts.
Preparation and distribution of e-mail marketing materials.
Prepare reports and analytical notes, providing recommendations for process improvements.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, internal policies, and maintain labor discipline and confidentiality.
Complete assigned tasks from the Director and University management in a timely manner.
Manage the transfer of documentation and assets upon dismissal, ensuring a smooth handover.
Qualifications
Education:
Higher education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
A Master’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, or equivalent) is preferred;
A diploma from an institution where English is the language of instruction is a plus.
Strong understanding of creativity and content development.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Awareness of global trends in education and cross-cultural communication.

excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
knowledge of MS Office;
Fluent in Kazakh, English and Russian languages.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to prepare and deliver presentations and reports
Work experience:5-7 years of proven work experience in international marketing, preferably in the education sector/industry.
