Job Description

1)       enrolling students and providing students admission;

2)       receiving, processing documents of prospective students;

3)       developing and maintaining databases of prospective students;

4)       forming the lists of candidates;

5)       achieving agreement with partners on candidates admission;

6)       conducting competitive selection;

7)       maintaining documentation of candidates selection and admission process;

8)       keeping records of admission process;

9)       preparing files on prospective students for Admission Committees;

10)  dealing with incoming correspondence, requests from structural divisions of the University, timely replying to e-mails, applications from citizens within School’s competence;  

11)       ensuring observance of  privacy regime in Department regarding personal data of prospective students/students, University’s activity, unless such disclosure is required as a part of work performed by School within his/her competence and (or) on the instructions from the University’s management;

12)  assisting the processes of risks identification, assessment, management, monitoring within the framework of supervised area;

Qualifications

Higher education, preferably with English as a language of instruction

Priority specializations:
