Job Description

Contribute to the performance of Natixis' Credit Risk department as a Transversal Risk Analyst within the Credit Risk Monitoring (CRM) team. You will work within an international team (Paris/Charenton and Porto) with the following objectives: 

  • Data Governance & Quality: Control and optimize the credit risk data lifecycle (governance, controls, remediation). 
  • Regulatory and internal Compliance: Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. 
  • Automation & Innovation: Develop and implement solutions for better data utilization and enhanced risk processes. 
  • Committee Coordination: Lead and facilitate credit risk monitoring bodies. 

You will play a key role in mastering credit risk, focusing on limits monitoring and adhering to regulation and internal frameworks. Your missions will include: 

  • Ensuring full compliance of our internal limit-monitoring procedures with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks. 
  • Driving the monitoring of individual, sectoral, and country limits, while continuously enhancing our tracking frameworks and reinforcing controls. 
  • Maintaining robust risk oversight by closely managing diverse portfolio underwriting risks, leveraged finance and lending policies. 
  • Tracking key data to guarantee absolute consistency across our limit monitoring frameworks and risk reporting. 
  • Contributing to strategic projects aimed at upgrading our risk management frameworks and successfully automating key operational processes. 

You will contribute to sharing the risk culture with business teams. You will work in an international environment, within a community of experts who place excellence, impact, and collective action at the heart of everything they undertake. 

Qualifications

You have experience in a similar role, ideally within a credit risk management department, a bank, or a financial institution. 

Key skills and experiences include: 

  • Outstanding analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail to ensure data precision and robust risk control. 
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and drive enhancements/controls within tracking frameworks. 
  • Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with Front Office, Risk Committees, and validation teams. 
  • Capacity to work independently on complex limits while collaborating effectively in an agile, international environment.. 

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

  • Rigorous and proactive 
  • Equipped with a good sense of synthesis and analysis 
  • Adaptable in order to achieve your objectives 

You are fluent in English with a B2 level.
