Job Description
Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a QA Analyst (French Speaker) to join its BPCE SI (BPCE Solutions Informatiques) team, within the IT (Information Technologies) department, to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition of test strategies and test plans.
- Participate in test effort estimation and risk identification.
- Design, execute and maintain manual test cases.
- Review and analyze test results.
- Report and follow up on bugs until their resolution.
- Prepare test status reports and issues status reports.
- Support UAT activities and business resources during acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure alignment between requirements and test coverage.
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases and defects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Act as a reference for functional QA, ensuring that business scenarios are properly covered.
- Participate in defining the test automation strategy in collaboration with the QA team.
- Start working primarily on manual QA, progressively evolving towards test automation (e.g. creation and maintenance of automated scripts, integration into CI/CD pipelines).
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
- Proven experience in functional QA (functional testing, regression, integration, etc.).
- Previous experience or knowledge in test automation (e.g. using test automation frameworks or tools).
- Motivation and ability to work initially on manual testing and, at a later stage, to evolve towards automated testing.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Autonomous, responsible, proactive and organized, with the ability to adapt to changing contexts.
- Strong sense of service: reactivity, flexibility and ability to switch between different tasks and priorities.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA-XRAY and/or Octane.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Good level of French, at least B2 (mandatory) and English.
