Job Description

Team presentation and main goal: 

You will join the Collateral Management area as a counterparty risk management operator. Within a team of 10 people based between Paris & Lisbon, you will ensure the daily coverage of exposures between Natixis and its counterparties for the FO desks of Global Securities Financing.

Main tasks and goals:
You will join the team responsible for the daily control and monitoring of accounting production for a range of evolving products (commodities, listed derivatives, equity derivatives, etc.):
Key Responsibilities:

•    Calculation of margin calls, sending and receiving notifications, exchanges with counterparties, ensure settlement of cash and securities flows.
•    Reconciliation of portfolios with counterparties, including analysis and monitoring of discrepancies in collaboration with the Settlement / Front-Office / Middle-Office / Risk teams.
•    Management of various requests from your counterparties and other internal departments related to FO,  Global Securities Financing, Risk and Global Capital Market Advisory activities, 
•    You will monitor and resolve cash suspense items within your scope, and you will also respond to requests from various internal departments, particularly by email or by producing files.

Qualifications

•    You have a higher education degree in financial markets or finance.
•    You have professional experience (at least 5 years) in the financial world, particularly in collateral management,
•    You are proficient with AI tools and the Office suite,
•    You have a good understanding of market activities and products,
•    You have good knowledge of the F/O to B/O processing chain,
•    You have excellent interpersonal skills, very good listening abilities, 
•    Good knowledge of English and French, both written and verbal.
