We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join the IT CIB Financing Operations team. The team is responsible for the maintenance and support of LoanIQ, an application used for Back Office operations for all the Financing activities in the bank. 

The team is split between two locations, Paris and Porto, and provides daily support to all Natixis geographies - Paris, EMEA, APAC and US.   

Responsibilities include: 

·        Providing first level support for LoanIQ users; 

·        Gathering requirements and creating functional specifications for enhancements and/or bug fixes; 

·        Testing developed functionalities; 

·        Participation in projects in the scope of the stream; 

·        Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team on best practices for projects and general tasks of an IT Business Analyst. 

This role requires constant communication with users and other IT departments, meaning that good communication and interpersonal skills are key. 

In addition, the candidate should: 

·        Have previous experience working as an IT Business Analyst (on the IT side), minimum 3 years - MANDATORY 

·        Have previous experience working in Banking or Fintech industries - MANDATORY 

·        Have previous experience working in Loan IQ  - MANDATORY 

·        Have a good level of English – at least B2; 

·        Be proactive and capable to work in autonomy; 

.         Agile framework experience needed; 

·        Be proactive and not afraid to ask questions; 

Technical skills required: knowledge of SQL. 

Knowledge of French language also a plus.
