Job Description
The role
The Youth Employment Team belongs to the Talent Acquisition Hub (TAHb) and is in charge of recruiting interns (stagiaires), trainees (alternants), summer interns (jobs d’été) and V.I.E over a very broad business scope for the perimeter France.
Talent Acquisition Specialist in this team will be tasked with handling the recruitment and the administrative aspects for all French business lines’ which are requesting trainees, interns, summer interns and V.I.E.
This includes the following duties:
Manage requests;
- Source and pre-select potential candidates;
- Handle candidate replies;
- Liaise with schools, universities and Business France’ departments on administrative tasks before contract set-up and throughout the duration of the contract
- Participate and dynamize Virtual Forums.
Duties
The Talent Acquisition Specialist’s main responsibilities are to:
- Receive business lines’ requests and publish job offers adds on different platforms i.e. internal site and job boards;
- Identify and pre-select candidates during three stages:
- Sourcing profiles required via talent pools, jobs boards and social media;
- Handling and sorting applications;
- Conducting pre-selection interviews by videoconference or via call;
- Manage relationships; follow-up on candidates and internal stakeholders (managers, tutors, HRBP);
- Draw up all the contractual documents (administrative CERFA forms for apprenticeships and training, internship agreements, provisional work authorization, work contract, etc.);
- Liaise with schools, Universities, Business France, CFA training centers and partnership organizations (CCI chamber of commerce, OPCO professional training bodies) for the administrative management of candidates’ files;
- Manage a pool of young talents that could be potential recruits for long term or short term-contract;
- Manage, approve and launch pre-boarding and on-boarding for future employees;
- Enter and update contract data in the IT systems;
- Generate and track activity data reporting.
In addition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist should embody Natixis’ corporate values throughout his/her dealings with candidates, and also ensure compliance with French legal texts, regulations and procedures on these files.
Main internal & external relationships
Collaboration with:
- Recruitment department teams in charge of recruitment and mobility policies;
- HR business partners in business lines;
- Administrative and payroll management teams;
- Managers & tutors;
- Interns, trainees, VIE;
- Schools.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or similar;
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) and Good level of English is mandatory;
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of HR sourcing and pre-selection best practices and the ability to manage high volume of administrative issues;
- Knowledge of legislation on Youth Employment in France is a plus;
- Highly organized;
- Drive, multi-tasking skills and team spirit;
- Ability to work in a multicultural / distributed team;
- Willingness to learn and evolve.

Early morning. Campo 24 de Agosto. In 4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office. After grabbing a cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your laptop and choose your spot for the day. It's going to be a busy one: French class before lunch and, just after, quick medical appointment at Natixis doctor's office.
Lunch break. Outside in the big terrace (look at your crops at the Urban Garden; ready to harvest!) or, if you feel like stretching your legs, walk downtown to grab lunch.
Back inside. Quick sprint review (working together anywhere means virtual happy birthday to that colleague in Paris that just turned 35). The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: just one PlayStation game or the final match for that ping-pong tournament.
Tomorrow, you complete that certified technical training and the day after, you will work from home, taking advantage to finally do that online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to surf some waves or join them in a football match.
