We're seeking an experienced Lead Lab Tech for our optical manufacturing facility in Plano, Texas.  

2nd Shift Hours:   Sundays-Thursdays   4:00 pm - 12:30 am 

Competitive base pay PLUS bi-weekly bonus opportunities and additional 10% shift differential pay.  We also have great PTO & other benefits!  

Our associates are responsible for performing a variety of duties, depending on their assigned department and lab needs.  Production Lab Techs help expedite job orders  throughout the manufacturing process in a timely and efficient manner in order to serve our customers.  

A Lead Tech is responsible for processing orders through the department and ensuring jobs move smoothly to correct areas within the lab.  

Duties include:

• Lead associates by ensuring they stay on task and are in the proper place for optimal workflow
• Train new associates according to the department's Supervisor and work with the Supervisor to review, monitor and improve performance and environment in the department
• Expertly conducting routine work within the department
• Assisting Supervisor as needed with reports, monitoring work flow, key production metrics, staging and overall department operation to efficiently process job orders

• No specific education level required.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• REQUIRES AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR direct or related experience.
