Are you an experienced Dentist looking for variety, flexibility and the opportunity to work across established practices while maintaining the stability of a permanent role?

National Dental Care is looking for a Permanent Associate Dentist to join our Adelaide team in a unique role supporting practices across central Adelaide. You’ll have the opportunity to work across 1–2 practices as your regular weekly locations, giving you variety while still allowing you to build continuity with patients and practice teams.

For the right candidate, visa sponsorship may also be available.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Provide high-quality general dentistry across established Adelaide practices
• Support practices with varying patient needs and clinical requirements
• Build strong relationships with patients, practice teams and fellow clinicians
• Work across different practice environments while maintaining consistent clinical standards
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians and contribute to a supportive team environment
• Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing education and exposure to different practices

About you

We’re looking for a Permanent Associate Dentist who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience practising as a Dentist in Australia
• Holds current unconditional AHPRA registration
• Holds current professional indemnity insurance
• Has strong clinical skills and a patient-focused approach
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
• Enjoys working across different practices and collaborating with different teams
• Is committed to delivering high standards of clinical care and patient service
