Job Description

We're currently seeking a part-time Dentist to join our team at Grace Dental Group – Green Valley, working Mondays, Tuesdays and one Sunday per month.

Grace Dental Group has built a strong reputation across South West Sydney for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a welcoming and family-oriented environment. As part of the National Dental Care network, the Green Valley practice is a modern three-chair clinic offering comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry to a loyal and growing patient base.

Supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative practice where you'll have the autonomy to provide exceptional patient care while enjoying the support of one of Australia's leading dental networks.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct comprehensive oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions and develop personalised treatment plans.
  • Deliver a broad range of general dental treatments in accordance with current clinical guidelines and Dental Board of Australia standards.
  • Educate patients on treatment options and preventative oral health to support long-term outcomes.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional communication and patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant and detailed clinical records.
  • Collaborate closely with dental assistants, reception teams and practice leadership to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
  • Work within a supportive clinical team committed to delivering safe, evidence-based dentistry.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of a well-established community practice.

  • A confident clinician with excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across a diverse patient base.

Qualifications

  • Current (or eligible) registration with AHPRA as a Dentist.
  • Demonstrated experience practising general dentistry.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes across a broad range of general dental procedures.
