Job Description
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Expert with preferrable prior experience with Infor Cloudsuite or similar cloud-based ERP. You will lead the design, development, and execution of automated testing frameworks to ensure the stability, performance, and seamless integration of our ERP workflows across upgrades, patches, and custom implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Automation Strategy: Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks specifically for Infor M3 CloudSuite (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Distribution modules).
- Test Execution & Maintenance: Develop and execute automated test scripts for end-to-end (E2E) business processes, regression testing, and interface integrations (API, EDI, third-party apps).
- Tool Utilization: Leverage test automation tools compatible with Infor (e.g., Infor Coleman / Test Automation framework, Tosca, Selenium, or Python/Java-based automation suites).
- Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects through resolution, collaborating closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Continuous Integration: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support agile release cycles and frequent cloud updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of software quality assurance experience, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on Infor M3 CloudSuite implementations or similar cloud-based applications.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in test automation tools, scripting languages (Python, Java, or C#), and API testing (REST/SOAP).
- Methodologies: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to bridge technical teams and business users.
