Job Description

Responsibilites:

  • Lead complex projects and programs from initiation to successful delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Drive transformation, digitalization, IT, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality targets.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and align diverse interests.
  • Proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage escalations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as railways, transportation, infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, or other large-scale enterprise environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in large-scale corporate environments with executive-level stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to independently manage customer engagements in complex organizational environments.
  • Background in organizational change and transformation management.
  • Experience in multinational corporations and matrix organizations.
  • Consulting experience and/or project management certifications (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, SAFe).
  • Professional fluency in German and English.
