Job Description

Requirements

  • Experience : 5.5+ years
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) / Supply Chain Management (SCM) or AX 2012.
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 SCM modules including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Production Control, Master Planning, and Transportation Management.
  • Proven experience leading full-cycle D365 SCM implementation projects from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce, inventory management, warehouse operations, and production planning.
  • Experience conducting business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, solution design workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Expertise in configuring Dynamics 365 SCM modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Experience supporting both implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) engagements.
  • Strong knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), deployment planning, and post-production support.
  • Experience working within ITIL-based support frameworks and managing SLA-driven incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Proficiency in creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process maps, RCA reports, test scripts, training materials, and solution documentation.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps for support and project management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 release wave updates, hotfixes, regression testing, and change management.
  • Microsoft MB-330 (Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management) certification is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced client environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM implementation projects from discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Conduct business workshops, gather and analyze requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend scalable supply chain solutions.
  • Configure and deploy Dynamics 365 SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Warehouse Management, Production Control, Master Planning, and Transportation Management.
  • Prepare functional design documents, business process maps, configuration documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and integrations.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, and production go-live activities.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide functional knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
  • Act as the functional escalation point for L2/L3 support, resolving complex issues related to procurement, warehouse operations, production, inventory, and planning.
  • Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term corrective actions and system improvements.
  • Manage support tickets, service requests, enhancements, and change requests while ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Evaluate Microsoft Dynamics 365 release updates and hotfixes, assess business impact, and coordinate regression testing and deployment activities.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement system enhancements to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive functional documentation, knowledge repositories, runbooks, and support artifacts.
  • Mentor junior consultants, provide functional leadership, and support successful project delivery across implementation and managed services engagements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
