Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Total experience 5.5+ years.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) development (Must Have).
- Expertise in XDM data modeling, including schemas, field groups, datasets, identity maps, relationships, and Profile-enabled datasets (Must Have).
- Strong experience in audience segmentation, identity resolution, merge policies, namespaces, and profile stitching within Adobe Experience Platform (Must Have).
- Hands-on experience with Data Distiller (Query Service/SQL) for data enrichment, derived attributes, and reporting datasets (Must Have).
- Experience configuring sources, datastreams, data ingestion (batch & streaming), and destinations within Adobe Experience Platform.
- Experience integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer with Adobe Campaign Classic v8, including audience activation, event synchronization, and writeback.
- Good understanding of Azure Data Lake, Data Landing Zone (DLZ), Databricks Gold Layer, and cloud-based data integration.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform APIs (Flow Service, Catalog, Segmentation, Query Service) and Postman is preferred.
- Strong understanding of consent management, GDPR, PII handling, and privacy-by-design principles.
- Experience with sandbox management, configuration export/import, release promotion, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and implement customer data solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (Real-Time CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Build and manage XDM schemas, datasets, field groups, classes, and enable datasets for Real-Time Customer Profile.
- Configure and maintain data sources, datastreams, batch and streaming ingestion, ensuring data quality and ingestion health.
- Develop and optimize batch and streaming audiences, including suppression, exclusion, pause, and exit logic.
- Configure and manage audience activation and destinations, including Adobe Campaign Classic, cloud storage, and paid media platforms.
- Develop Data Distiller (SQL) queries for data enrichment, calculated attributes, and reporting datasets.
- Design, build, test, troubleshoot, and optimize Adobe Journey Optimizer customer journeys.
- Implement identity resolution, merge policies, profile stitching, and resolve profile conflicts.
- Support Adobe Campaign Classic v8 integration, including audience synchronization, event tracking, and delivery log integration.
- Implement consent and governance controls for audience activation and customer engagement.
- Manage sandbox promotion, configuration migration, testing, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, produce technical documentation, and provide knowledge transfer in an Agile delivery environment.
