Job Description
- Experience as a Product Owner - EST Time zone
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product enhancement.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and priorities.
- Convert business requirements into clear, well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Prioritize requirements based on business value, effort, and dependencies.
- Own and manage the product backlog.
- Groom, refine, and prioritize backlog items for upcoming sprints.
- Ensure stories are ready for development with complete details and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with developers, admins, architects, and QA teams.
- Clarify requirements, answer questions, and remove roadblocks.
- Ensure technical teams have a clear understanding of business expectations.
- Lead sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Validate completed work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria and business needs.
- Communicate progress, risks, and changes to business stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and keep teams informed throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct demos and training for end-users as needed.
- Ensure new features are properly tested, documented, and rolled out.
- Drive user adoption through communication, training, and feedback loops.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to write clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
