Requirements
- Experience : 7.5+ years
- Strong experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM applications in a techno-functional role.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Oracle Generative AI capabilities within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong expertise in Redwood UX customization using Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio (VBCS), Application Composer, Redwood themes, Smart Actions, and Quick Actions.
- Strong experience in VBCS development, including REST API integrations, custom pages, event handlers, service connections, dashboards, and embedded applications.
- Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for designing and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM integration solutions.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR (Global HR), Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Compensation, and Benefits.
- Hands-on experience with Fast Formula development for Core HR and Payroll, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, workflows, alerts, HDL, and HSDL.
- Strong experience developing REST and SOAP web service integrations using Oracle Fusion HCM APIs.
- Experience with Functional Setup Manager (FSM), configuration workbooks, and Oracle Fusion HCM implementation best practices.
- Proven experience leading SIT, UAT, deployment, production support, and hypercare activities.
- Ability to translate complex HR business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and technical configurations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM quarterly releases and continuous innovation initiatives is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, delivering scalable and business-driven HR technology capabilities.
- Design and deploy AI-powered HR workflows using Oracle AI Agentic Studio, including autonomous agents for recruitment, onboarding, talent advisory, and employee lifecycle management.
- Leverage Oracle Generative AI Services to build intelligent HR assistants, predictive analytics dashboards, smart recommendations, and AI-driven employee experiences.
- Integrate Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) with Oracle Fusion HCM to enable conversational AI for employee self-service, manager actions, approvals, and HR support.
- Configure and optimize AI-enabled HCM capabilities such as Skills Advisor, Career Development AI, Dynamic Skills, Workforce Predictions, and HCM Communicate.
- Customize and personalize Redwood UX using Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio (VBCS), Application Composer, Redwood themes, Smart Actions, Quick Actions, and responsive page layouts.
- Develop low-code and no-code applications, custom pages, dashboards, and embedded HR applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Design and implement REST API integrations, service connections, event handlers, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations for seamless data exchange across enterprise applications.
- Configure, extend, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Global HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analytics, workflows, alerts, and HDL/HSDL data loads to support business processes.
- Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with third-party payroll, HRIS, identity management, and enterprise systems.
- Perform Functional Setup Manager (FSM) configurations, maintain configuration documentation, and support solution enhancements.
- Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, cutover activities, production support, and hypercare.
- Review Oracle Fusion HCM quarterly releases, assess business impact, recommend adoption of new AI and Redwood capabilities, and conduct proof of concepts for emerging features.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
