Job Description

Functional Knowledge & Skills:  

  • Proven ability to write clear user stories, process flows, and technical documentation. Relevant Salesforce certifications. 
  • Functional knowledge on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce reports and dashboard, Flow Automation, etc.  
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, data management, and reporting. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity. 
  • High attention to detail when scoping projects and managing data schemas. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:  
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives.  
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.  
  • Document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.  
  • Analyze current-state and future-state business processes.  
  • Prepare process flows, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRDs). 

Salesforce Implementation & Support

  • Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design optimal solutions. 
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications. 
  • Provide recommendations on standard Salesforce capabilities and best practices. 
  • Support configuration activities involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products. 

Project Delivery: 

  • Maintain the product backlog and ensure alignment with the overall project roadmap and strategic objectives. 
  • Assist in drafting proposals and implementation plans for client initiatives. 
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues to the lead Product Manager. 

Language & Communication: 

  • Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead client-facing workshops in both languages 

Qualifications

Must have Skills: Salesforce Landscape, Sales cloud, Service cloud, English, Spanish
