Job Description
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to design user-centered solutions for complex Healthcare applications.
- Lead UX design activities from discovery through delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Create personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design and maintain scalable design systems and UX standards.
- Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive experiences.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Present design concepts, recommendations, and research findings.
- Support solutioning, estimation, and continuous UX improvement initiatives.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability best practices across products.
