Requirements
- Experience : 9+ years
- Relevant experience in project delivery, program management, or delivery management roles within technology-driven environments.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of projects related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Migration, Data Governance, or similar digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in risk management, including identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and governance.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, resource management, and delivery governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage business leaders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working as or closely collaborating with Scrum Product Owners and Agile delivery teams.
- Good understanding of Financial Accounting concepts, project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, quality standards, budgets, and delivery risks.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and organizational delivery standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Product Owner, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on delivery excellence and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs across AI, Cloud Migration, Data Governance, and enterprise technology domains.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, delivery roadmaps, resource allocation strategies, and execution frameworks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive project execution while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality standards, budgets, and organizational governance requirements.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to proactively address delivery challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, cloud, data, product, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status updates, governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and escalation management.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, delivery priorities, and project execution strategies.
- Monitor project health through KPIs, delivery metrics, financial tracking, and performance reporting.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies as appropriate to maximize delivery effectiveness.
- Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to manage priorities, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Support financial governance activities including project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks, risk management practices, and organizational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Mentor project teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
