Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience 4+ years
- Strong experience in Jira Administration
- Good hands-on experience with Confluence Administration (Strong)
- Experience in Atlassian Data Center and Cloud environments
- Proven experience in Atlassian Cloud Migration projects (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian migration tools (Cloud Migration Assistant, JCMA, CCMA, APIs)
- Strong understanding of user management, permissions, workflows, and customizations
- Knowledge of data integrity, performance optimization, and troubleshooting during migrations
- Ability to assess existing environments, identify risks, and define migration strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience in documenting processes, best practices, and lessons learned
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, execute, and support Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Perform environment assessment, migration planning, and risk analysis
- Conduct pre-migration activities such as cleanup and data validation
- Ensure smooth migration cutover with minimal downtime
- Provide post-migration support and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Define and implement migration strategies, tools, and methodologies
- Create and maintain documentation for migration processes and best practices
- Support UAT and production rollout activities
- Identify and troubleshoot migration-related issues and performance challenges
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimize migration processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
