Job Description
Key Deliverables:
Account Growth & Farming
- Own and expand relationships with strategic client accounts.
- Identify and drive new revenue growth opportunities within existing portfolios.
CXO Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology investments with business goals.
Value Creation
- Drive conversations around productivity improvements, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions to deliver measurable business value.
Customer Intimacy
- Stay closely aligned with client business priorities, challenges, and transformation goals.
- Proactively identify and propose relevant solutions.
Opportunity Management
- Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to shape proposals and craft value propositions.
- Position differentiated offerings to meet client needs.
AI Advocacy
- Confidently articulate AI / GenAI concepts and demonstrate how modern solutions can transform business outcomes.
Client Presence
- Maintain regular onsite presence at client locations (minimum once per week).
- Build deeper client relationships through consistent engagement.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with internal practice, delivery, and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful execution.
Qualifications
- Proven success in account farming, client relationship management, business development, consulting, and proactive client engagement.
- Strong understanding of P&L ownership and financial management for client accounts.
- Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders and lead business conversations beyond technology.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, with the ability to position AI / GenAI and cloud-native solutions in a business context.
- Hands-on experience driving productivity, efficiency, and optimization programs for clients.
- Experience in market research, account segmentation, and identifying proactive growth opportunities.
- Comfortable with regular onsite client interaction (at least once a week).
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills.
- Technical background is a plus; ability to bridge business and technology is essential.
