Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience: 5.5+ years
- Should have experience in configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules for large organizations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Should be able to collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs, conduct workshops, and design solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Should be able to configure and customize SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules, including benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and integrations with third-party vendors.
- Should be able to develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate global benefits configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Should be able to provide expertise and guidance on global benefits best practices, processes, and regulations to clients and project teams.
- Should be able to conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate the adoption and operation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits solutions.
- Should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.
- Should be able to provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors Global Benefits configurations, including troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements.
- Should be able to do document configuration changes, test results, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Must stay informed about SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to optimize benefits administration processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
