Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect (m/f/d) to design and implement robust PLM solutions that enable digital continuity across the enterprise. In this role, you will define scalable architectures, lead module implementations, and ensure seamless integration between Teamcenter and key engineering and enterprise systems. This position is ideal for someone with deep Teamcenter configuration expertise and strong communication skills.

  • Architect and design PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter best practices, including data models, workflows, integrations, and configurations.
  • Translate complex business and engineering processes into scalable PLM designs supporting BOM management, change management, and configuration management.
  • Lead the implementation of major Teamcenter modules such as PDM, Engineering Change Management, BOM (eBOM/mBOM), ERP Integration, Workflow/Lifecycle Management, and CAD integrations (NX, CREO, SolidWorks, CATIA).
  • Oversee customizations, extensions, solution quality reviews, validation activities, and performance optimization.
  • Design and govern integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and other enterprise systems while supporting data migration and legacy modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Must have: Strong experience with Teamcenter configuration.
  • Preferred Teamcenter certification or Siemens PLM training.
  • Experience with cloud-based PLM deployments and related PLM platforms (Windchill, Enovia, Aras).
  • Background in discrete manufacturing industries such as automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, or high-tech.
  • German- and English speaking (at least B2/C1) required.
