Job Description

Requirements:

  • Experience : 5.5+ Years
  • Hands-on experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Experience in audience creation, evaluation, testing, and activation.
  • Knowledge of AEP schemas, datasets, and Query Services.
  • Experience in creating and managing events for customer journeys.
  • Good understanding of customer journey orchestration and campaign management principles.
  • Ability to test, troubleshoot, and validate journeys and audiences before production release.
  • Experience working with cross-channel campaigns such as email, push notifications, and SMS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data governance, consent management, and best practices in AEP is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with marketing, data, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and publish personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Manage the complete journey lifecycle from requirement understanding to production deployment.
  • Perform audience discovery, evaluation, validation, and activation within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Test and validate audiences to ensure readiness and accuracy prior to activation.
  • Configure and manage events required for real-time journey execution.
  • Use Query Services to analyze, validate, and manage event and customer data.
  • Ensure correct data mapping and event availability within AJO journeys.
  • Support campaign planning, execution, and optimization activities.
  • Monitor journey and campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Work with AEP schemas and datasets to ensure data quality and readiness for activation.
  • Support data ingestion and audience activation processes within AEP.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technical teams to deliver effective cross-channel campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot journey, audience, and event-related issues prior to production releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
