As a Senior Consultant at Nagarro, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering high-impact consulting engagements within the German automotive industry. We are looking for a well-connected, growth-oriented consulting professional with strong client access, deep business acumen, and a clear hunger for impact. The role combines strategic consulting, business development, and delivery excellence, with a strong focus on scalable and innovative client solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor for automotive clients, leveraging strong client access and relationship management to grow and strengthen accounts
• Proactively drive outreach activities and support business growth by opening doors to new opportunities or empowering existing accounts
• Provide strategic and technical consulting across business, technology, and delivery-related topics
• Work closely with senior management and key decision-makers on the client side to shape initiatives and drive transformation
• Collaborate with Nagarro Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and practice teams to develop, position, and enable tailored offerings
• Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and pre-sales activities within the automotive domain
• Lead and support project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations
• Design and drive scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that create measurable client impact

• 10+ years of professional experience within the German automotive industry (commercial vehicles - Truck & Bus)
• Strong consulting background with proven experience in business, technology, or delivery consulting
• Well-connected profile with demonstrated ability to build, grow, and leverage senior client relationships
• Proven outreach capability and strong commercial mindset
• Expertise in at least one automotive domain (e.g. digital product/platform development, transformation programs or comparable areas)
• Strategic thinker with a strong delivery orientation and hands-on mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English skills
• Based in Munich, Germany
