Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Should have experience leading the end-to-end architectural design, development, and implementation of complex SAP CPQ solutions
- Must ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise architectural standards.
- Should be able to drive the integration of SAP CPQ with critical enterprise systems, such as SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM.
- Should be able to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.
- Should be able to provide expert technical advisory and pre-sales support, including solutioning and architectural blueprints.
- Should be able to establish and enforce development processes, coding standards, and best practices for SAP CPQ implementations
- Should be able to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
- Should be able to proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges related to CPQ implementations.
- Should be able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business users and IT teams.
- Should be able to work effectively within a scaled agile environment, participating in iterative development cycles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
