Requirement:

• Experience : 7.5 Years
• Identify and engage all relevant stakeholders, establishing clear communication channels and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Report regularly on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet predefined quality standards and business requirements. Facilitate testing phases and user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders through various techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys, process mapping).
• Conduct thorough current-state analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, acting as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and other project stakeholders.
•  Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and unambiguous documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and development teams to design effective and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
• Assist in the creation of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios, and support users during UAT.
• Provide ongoing support and expertise to business stakeholders post-implementation, facilitating smooth adoption of new systems or processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and software development lifecycles.
  Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case.
• Planning, organizing and monitoring the project in order to deliver high quality business solutions.
• Defining the scope of the project/service, managing goals, risks, issues and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance.
• Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards and best practices.
• Reporting the status of all key metrics (eg: risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from inception through closure
• Assisting the account management team in responding to new project requests.
• Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarros offering

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
