Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 10+ Years
  • Proven hands-on experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration
  • Strong working experience with Oracle ERP solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and migration tools.
  • Extensive experience in data migration, conversions, and reconciliation between EBS and Fusion.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, REST/SOAP APIs, and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to large-scale ERP transformation programs.
  • Experience migrating or integrating Oracle CPQ to Oracle Cloud CPQ.
  • Hands-on exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud or EBS certifications are highly desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the technical execution of Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects.
  • Act as the primary technical authority for EBS-to-Fusion migration strategy, architecture, and execution.
  • Work with business and functional teams to analyze legacy EBS processes and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion ERP modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Define and execute data migration and conversion strategies, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and reconciliation.
  • Manage and support integration design between Oracle Fusion and external/legacy systems.
  • Identify migration risks, data gaps, and system dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and migration team members.
  • Oversee and support system testing, integration testing, and UAT, resolving defects and performance issues.
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, security standards, and cloud architecture guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, migration playbooks, and status reports.
  • Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, features, and roadmap updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
