Job Description
As an HR Generalist / People Enablement, you are a key member of our HR team. You will contribute to the holistic management and support of our HR agenda from recruiting to onboarding, employee development, personnel administration, employee retention, and offboarding. You bring a modern spirit and creativity and embrace a hands-on mentality so that we can further develop the work environment together especially with a view to increased presence in the office, direct interaction, and a strong sense of togetherness. This position is to be filled at our location in Munich.
- Support and oversee all HR processes end-to-end: from recruiting and onboarding to performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
- Contact person for managers and employees regarding all HR and employment law issues.
- Collaboration with HR shared services to ensure efficient HR operationalization. Introduction and use of modern tools and, where appropriate, AI support in HR (e.g., automation, analytics, chatbots, etc.).
- Design and implementation of employee retention and motivation measures (e.g., events, workshops, feedback processes).
- Promote our corporate culture: agile, creative, team-oriented, and with the aim of ensuring a tangible work environment and culture.
- Participation in HR strategies, policies, and concepts that affect the Munich location, the German location, and international exchange.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in an HR environment, ideally with a focus on generalist/people/talent/employee relations.
- Experience in a corporate environment or with cross-border collaboration is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of German labor law and traditional HR processes (recruiting, payroll/administrative HR, performance, development, etc.)
- Experience in the (HR) shared service model is desirable.
- Openness to modern tools, ideally also experience in the use of AI or automation tools in HR.
- Excellent communication skills, pragmatic working style, hands-on mentality.
- Relaxed and outgoing spirit: You bring energy when something can be improved and are also a team player.
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
