Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience of 18+ years
- Strong experience in talent acquisition and hiring strategy, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Strong experience in track record in leading national and regional hiring programs within fast-paced, high-growth, and complex organizational environments.
- Deep expertise in managing end-to-end talent supply chains, SLA-based fulfilment models, and strategic workforce planning.
- Strong proficiency in ATS and HR systems, with thorough knowledge of cross-border hiring compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Hands-on analytical and data-driven leadership style, with consistent success in delivering measurable talent outcomes and business impact.
- Proven leadership experience in country-level and regional Talent Acquisition (TA) organizations within the tech services sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deep expertise in scaling hiring programs across diverse geographies, with a proven ability to align talent supply with business demand and build a future-ready fulfilment engine.
- Assess and enhance hiring health at the country level, identifying systemic challenges and scalable opportunities.
- Design and implement strategic fulfilment frameworks that optimize speed, quality, and cost while addressing critical business needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior hiring managers and fulfilment teams, fostering leadership depth and operational excellence.
- Champion innovation in processes, governance, and systems to ensure agility, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage global talent intelligence and local market insights to inform targeted interventions and proactive strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and governance while maintaining flexibility to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce readiness, talent supply, and strategic hiring challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
