Job Description

  • Collaborate with the ServiceNow team to implement all ServiceNow modules globally.
  • Understand and translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring standardized processes.
  • Provide expertise on all technical questions related to ServiceNow development.
  • Develop technical specifications and implement ServiceNow integrations.
  • Develop technical solutions and perform component integration tests.
  • Make configuration changes using ServiceNow scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, and Angular JS).

Qualifications

  • Previous 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules: Service Portal, ITSM, Integrations, ITOM, GRC, and SPM.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS).
  • German and English fluent.
