Job Description

Our rapidly growing company is currently seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of Front Desk Administrator

The ideal candidate for this position possess many qualities including energetic, organized, happy, professional and resilient, but above all he or she is a problem solver. If you are a person that is solution oriented with a 'can do' attitude and would like to be part of a fun, fast-paced, growing family business, then this could be your next long term role.

You must have impeccable abilities to follow procedures, but you will also be encouraged to improve on procedures as well and think for yourself. We are looking for an individual who believes in punctuality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls; pleasantly and professionally
  • Direct calls to the appropriate associate or department, take a message or transfer to the appropriate associate’s voicemail when necessary
  • Greet visitors
  • Accept incoming deliveries and mail

Assure appropriate coverage of phones when away from desk
Data entry

  • Manage and Organize Licenses
  • Organize and keep up on necessary office supplies

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 yrs office related work experience
  • Able to solve problems w/o constant supervision
  • MUST have previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have a Great Attitude and Possess a Customer Service Mentality
  • Must Work Well Alone and within a Team
  • Superb Communication Skills
