Job Description

The Advisory Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Sales, Operations and Finance contributing to the success of NEXTDC. Your primary responsibilities include reporting on sales performance metrics, building dashboards, sales compensation reporting; salesforce administration and data analytics. You will also be hands on working with sales on a daily basis; provide guidance and direct support of existing staff relating to processing/quoting of new and amendment orders.


Critical to the role is the ability to streamline existing processes to drive continued efficiency, collate and provide feedback on system enhancements, provision of ongoing training and support to the sales organisation.

The role reports into the Business Operations Manager with Business Operations reporting into Finance. The finance team will rely on the Advisory Sales Operations Specialist for internal and external audit requirements, sales analysis and reporting functions and also oversight of adherence to policy and process.

Qualifications

With a minimum of five years supporting a busy sales and finance environment, you will have demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also demonstrate the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and competing deadlines. 

Experience with the below systems and tools will be regarded highly:

  • SalesForce Enterprise including Lightning
  • SalesForce Einstein experience
  • SalesForce Administrator certification
  • Proficiency with data management using Data loader and Data import wizard tools
