Job Description

As our Learning & Development Consultant, you will partner with our Line Management teams to design, build & implement Learning & Development solutions in-line with our business needs and plans. You will be heavily involved in the development and implementation of all new Learning & Development policies, practices and programs to meet organisational and Line Management needs.

You will work with our Line Manager's on all things Learning & Development, including training needs analysis, training delivery, training vendor relationship management, course participation management and training logistics. You will also work partner our Management team on the interpretation and provide counsel on all things Learning & Development policies, programs and practices.

Please note that this is a part time 22.5 hour per week role which can be three full days or spread across 5 days. 

Qualifications

To be our next A-Player in the Learning & Development space, you will draw upon your 3-5 years experience to pass on your knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to develop and deliver Learning & Development program to our rapidly growing business. 

You will have knowledge of current employment legislation and ‘Employer of Choice’ practices and in-depth background of Human Resource organisational policies and practices.
