The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible to oversee the development, implementation and execution of Quality Assurance strategies and Release Management procedures to ensure the organisation is adhering to standards, procedures and methodologies to achieve high quality systems development. 

You will work to establish quality specifications and standards for reviews of changes to applications and system software, environments and networking. Lead the continued development of testing methodologies and standards to ensure that appropriate testing takes place.

Manage release package acceptance including business sign off and release package testing to predefined acceptance criteria

To be successful in this role, you will have previous work experience (3+ years) in a Quality Assurance Lead capacity with a strong understanding the software development lifecycle and the role quality assurance plays framework. You will also have exposure to automated testing strategy’s and frameworks.

Combined with your Quality Assurance skills, you will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the business and have extensive experience in acceptance design testing and a strong focus on reporting to the business.
