Job Description
NETZSCH Premier Technologies, LLC is looking for a Spare Parts Salesperson to support our customers in a direct customer service capacity. The primary functions of this position include internal spare parts quote and order generation, communicating technical information related to spare parts, and general customer service pertaining to spare parts order fulfillment. Specifically, this position will:
- Direct and indirect sales of all spare parts and equipment accessories
- Assist customers with identification of parts.
- Provide and prepare verbal and written quotations and process all received orders through SAP with appropriate paperwork.
- On a daily/weekly basis, prepare customer credits, return authorizations, and warranty replacement documents as well update customers on delivery changes for open orders.
- Prepare customs papers as needed.
- Solve problems involving over shipments, late shipments, accounting problems, etc.
- Work with Field Service Engineers and other NETZSCH Aftersales staff as needed.
- Improve overall customer satisfaction by providing timely, enthusiastic and thorough communication to all customers, end users, and outside sales personnel. This includes sister company affiliates and Technical Support staff.
- Proactively communicate with customers related to quote and order status regardless of positive or negative information.
- Generate and monitor cases in CRM system related to customer requests.
- Assist Aftersales Manager as needed.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a a technical background with at least 6 months related experience or training/education in a technical field. Prior experience in a customer facing position is also required. In addition:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- The ability to display attentiveness, patience and empathy when dealing with customers and maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations.
- Must have strong attention to detail, thoroughness and problem solving skills
- Must be able to work on-site in Exton, PA with the option for a hybrid (onsite/remote) schedule after training is complete.
